We respect your privacy, your data belongs to you, & Momentum is GDPR-ready 👍

You’ve likely received a bunch of notifications from online services about how they’ve changed their privacy policies to comply with the European Union’s new privacy regulations, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Today, we’ve updated Momentum’s Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Terms of Use to identify our alignment with the GDPR.

Privacy and security have always been among our top values at Momentum. We take measures to ensure your data is stored securely and your privacy is honored. Today, we are happy to introduce some updates to enhance our software and policies further.

Momentum’s updated policies

When you have a moment, please review Momentum’s updated Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Terms of Use. These updated policies and terms of use apply to all Momentum users and take effect on May 25, 2018.

Keeping your Momentum information (account details, Todos, Links, Notes, Focuses, etc.) private, secure and under your control has always been a top priority. For the record, we haven’t been selling your data and we didn’t need government-issued regulations to tell us not to. With that being said, the GDPR did provide us with an opportunity to update our policies and terms of use to communicate better how Momentum gathers, uses and protects your data.

The cookie monster

A cookie is a small piece of text that allows a website to recognize your device and maintain a consistent, cohesive experience throughout multiple sessions. Cookies are unique to your account or your browser. Not all cookies are bad, but it is essential to know when, where and why cookies are used on a website. We use as few cookies as we can, and you can find a description of all the cookies that we use in our Cookie Policy.

What’s next?

Momentum strives to set an excellent example of how user data should be gathered, used and protected online. Our team is dedicated to continually improving all areas of the dashboard, including how we handle your data.

If you have any questions or requests after reading our new policies and terms of use, please send us a message at help@momentumdash.com.
