We’ve got a big integration announcement coming up and it starts with “A” and ends with “sana.” In the meantime, we wanted to let you know about a couple of mini-improvements we’ve made to the existing Todo integrations.
A tiny timesaver
Save time jumping between Momentum and your favorite 3rd-party services with this new shortcut. You can now jump directly from your Momentum Todo list to Trello, Microsoft To Do, Todoist, and/or Google Task websites in one of two ways.
- Click the integration icon in the top left of the Todo header to view that project or list on its website.
- To see a specific task on the website, click the ••• to the right of the todo and select “View in [website]” from the dropdown.
It’s now much easier to hop into a board or task from Momentum and make additional edits.
A personal touch
We’ve added a new icon to your Momentum Trello Todo lists that lets you quickly switch between seeing all tasks and those only assigned to you. Select the group icon on the top right of your Momentum Todo header to toggle between seeing all tasks and seeing only the tasks assigned to you.
This setting is currently part of the Trello integration but will be making its way to our other integrations soon.
A few Todo shortcuts
T - Open Todo
Hover cursor + Spacebar - Move a todo from any list to Today

Hold Shift + ← or → - Move between your connected Todo sources
Behind the scenes
When we add a new Todo integration our goal is to bring that service’s basic actions to your dashboard, so you can view, edit, and manage your tasks on the fly. As a result, your Todo retains Momentum’s familiar look and feel. The new View in [website] option gives you the ability to use the integrated service’s native environment to perform those more intricate changes and help manage the bigger picture. With the addition of integrated services, Momentum gives you a centralized place to focus and accomplish the day’s specific tasks to help you reach those bigger goals.
The Asana integration is just around the corner, and we’re working on some Todoist integration improvements as well. Thanks to those who have gotten in touch with us.
